Return & exchange
We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, you are welcome to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
If your package does not include a return label, we kindly ask you to arrange and cover the return shipping yourself. Please make sure to use a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt as proof of return.
It is important that you include the return slip or your order number inside the package, so we know which order it refers to. The return slip was included in your original package. Please note that we do not accept returns sent to parcel shops or other pickup locations – returns must be delivered directly to our warehouse.

Once we have received and processed your return, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please note that refunds can only be issued to the account used for the original purchase. Refunds are processed within four to five business days after we receive the return. Our warehouse handles returns 1–2 times per week, so thank you for your patience.

Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or size, please return your order and place a new order.
