      At CARE BY ME we love the idea of reusing and recycling. 
      When Pernille was in Kathmandu in the autumn of 2018, she quickly realized that all the cuttings from our exclusive materials from the knitting machines were going to waste and should be used for something. We wanted to reuse the leftovers in a new product - and after several tests with different weight and cover qualities - WASTE QUILT was born.

      A beautiful and raw quilt mad from 100% pure linen as cover and stuffed with leftovers from production including our lovely wool, cashmere and silk bits. 
      The stitches are made by hand and as a fine detail, the stitches are shaped like a heart when the quilt is unfolded.
