Return & exchange

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, you are welcome to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition – with all tags and packaging intact.

If a return label was included in your package, you are welcome to use it. In this case, a return fee of €10 will be deducted from your refund.
If no return label was included, we kindly ask you to arrange and cover the return shipping yourself. Please make sure to use a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt as proof of return. Please return to the address below.

It is important that you include the return slip or your order number inside the package, so we know which order it refers to. The return slip was included in your original package. Please note that we do not accept returns sent to parcel shops or other pickup locations – returns must be delivered directly to our warehouse.

Once we have received and processed your return, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please note that refunds can only be issued to the account used for the original purchase. Refunds are processed within four to five business days after we receive the return. Our warehouse handles returns 1–2 times per week, so thank you for your patience.

Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or size, please return your order and place a new order.
