These orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means local customs processing may delay delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Please note: For orders delivered outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for paying any applicable local taxes and import duties upon delivery.

Orders sent to countries outside the EU VAT area will not be charged Danish VAT. Depending on your destination and the value of your order, local customs fees may apply, which CARE BY ME ApS cannot be held responsible for. If these fees are refused by the recipient, the order will be considered cancelled. In such cases, shipping and customs clearance costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
