When you make a purchase in our webshop, we process:

The purpose is to fulfil our agreement with you, deliver your goods, process payments, provide customer service, and comply with legal obligations.

The legal basis is performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)), and legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

Purchase-related data is stored for 5 years in accordance with accounting legislation.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we process:

The purpose is to send you inspiration, news and relevant products, and to continuously improve our communication.

When you participate in competitions, we process your name, email address and any submitted responses.

The purpose is to administer the competition and contact winners.

The legal basis is consent.

Information is deleted once the competition has ended, unless otherwise stated.

3.5 Business Partners and Suppliers

We process contact details of business partners and suppliers for the purpose of contract management and business operations.

The legal basis is contract and/or legitimate interest.

Information is generally stored for 2 years after the end of the collaboration.

4. Disclosure of Personal Data

We only disclose personal data when necessary for the operation of our business, including to:

• Shopify (e-commerce platform)

• Payment providers

• Shipping companies

• Klaviyo (email marketing)

• Meta and Google (advertising and analytics)

We enter into data processing agreements with relevant service providers.

Some of our service providers are established outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States.
