Guided Walking Meditation: Community in Motion

On the occasion of International Women's Day 2025, Yrolí, with whom we walk our Women's Walk, has created this guided walking meditation focusing on women, community, and the strength we find in each other.

When we walk together – both physically and mentally – we become more aware of the connections that bind us together. Communities are not created in solitude, but in the small moments when we listen, share and acknowledge each other. When we shift our focus from individual differences to what we have in common, our sense of belonging and support is strengthened – and this affects both ourselves and those around us.

Through this meditation, we invite you to feel the power of community, reflect on your place in it, and let your thoughts wander with your steps. Let us walk together - for each other and for a future where we lift, support, and inspire.

Use meditation when you need to reflect.

You can listen to this guided walking meditation anytime you need calm, reflection, or a sense of connection – alone or with others. It lasts about 15 minutes and can be listened to while you walk, or at home, where you can write down your observations along the way. Feel free to pause the recording to note your thoughts.
