These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made on CARE BY ME’s webshops.

By completing a purchase, you accept the terms set out below.

2. Prices

All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the relevant webshop.

The total price, including VAT, taxes and any delivery costs, will always be clearly stated at checkout before you complete your purchase.

For deliveries outside the EU, local customs duties and import taxes may be applied upon delivery. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

We reserve the right to make price changes, correct errors and manage out-of-stock items.

3. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

The amount will only be charged to your account when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

All payments are processed through a secure and encrypted SSL connection.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are shown on the relevant webshop and at checkout.

Current shipping rates and delivery options are always clearly displayed at checkout on the relevant webshop.

Delivery is carried out in cooperation with our shipping partners.

CARE BY ME cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must notify us within this period by email at info@carebyme.dk.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, without undue signs of use or damage.

The item must be returned no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your withdrawal.

6. Returns

Current return options and any applicable return costs are stated on the relevant webshop.

Returns are made at your own responsibility.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).

Once we have received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are typically processed within a few working days after approval.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.

8. Claims (Defective Products)

You have a 24-month right to make a claim in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

This right covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use, but does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

Claims must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

Please contact us at info@carebyme.dk before returning any item in connection with a claim.

9. Limitation of Liability

CARE BY ME cannot guarantee that the webshop will be free from technical errors or interruptions at all times.

We reserve the right for force majeure events, including strikes, natural disasters, delivery failures or other circumstances beyond our control.

10. Complaints

If, unexpectedly, we are unable to find a satisfactory solution together, you have the option to file a complaint with:
