What does your morning routine look like?

I start the day by taking our dog Bobby for a walk, come home and kiss my kids goodbye and wish them a good day. Then I make my morning anti-inflammatory smoothie and a cup of coffee and sit down in front of the computer.

How do you best spend an hour in your own company?

It must be with a long walk in the forest and a rare welcome appointment with a good book.

What is your best advice for showing self-love and prioritizing yourself in a busy everyday life?

For me, self-love is listening to myself and doing what I need.
Whether it's a date with my girlfriends, a walk with my husband and dog, time with my teenage children, relaxing with a good book, or sitting and working late at night when everyone has gone to bed and the house is completely quiet.

Have you made a decision in your life that has been particularly good for you?

I find it difficult to point to just one, as I have several who have meant and still mean a lot to me.
Of course, the fact that I have chosen to marry the man I love and have chosen to have three wonderful children.
The decision to dare to jump out as an independent and start my fourth child, Nordstjerne.
In addition, every day I try to make decisions that are good for me.

If you could give your younger self one piece of advice on how to create a balanced life, what would it be?

Just talk nicely to yourself and take it easy - everything will be fine.

Your best tip for a strong and healthy body and a balanced mind?

Yoga, long walks, healthy and delicious food, lots of good people in your life and sleep.

Have you always been creative?

Yes. I have always done various creative things and have been interested in and cultivated interior design.

But it was only with the start of Nordstjerne that I realized that it was not only something I found fun, but also that it was something I was so good at that I could actually make a living from it.

Do you have an easy beauty tip that we can share with others?

Sleep, water and smiles - and a little skincare :)

If you could freely choose an activity that would give you lots of energy, what would it be?

A really good party with lots of dancing. I love dancing and having lovely people around me.
